Emails Not Received

Install and configure WP Mail SMTP to ensure reliable email delivery.

If you are not receiving email notifications, your WordPress installation may not be properly configured to send emails. The WP Mail SMTP (opens in a new tab) plugin helps route emails through a reliable SMTP provider.

Slack Notifications Not Appearing

  • Verify the webhook URL — Ensure the Slack Incoming Webhook URL is correct and active.
  • Confirm permissions — Make sure the Slack app has permission to post to the selected channel.

WhatsApp Messages Failing

  • Check your Twilio balance — Ensure your Twilio account has sufficient balance to send messages.
  • Verify phone number format — Confirm that phone numbers include the + symbol and country code (e.g., +1234567890).

Scheduled Reports Not Running

Live Notifire relies on WooCommerce Action Scheduler to send scheduled reports.

If reports are not being sent:

  • Review scheduled jobs at WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions.
  • Ensure the Action Scheduler is running properly and not stalled.
  • Check that your WordPress cron is functioning correctly.
